My work brings together education, music, movement, languages and technology. To me, these fields belong together: they offer different ways to understand the world, express ourselves and connect with other people.
As an educator, musician, dancer and language teacher, I want to help people discover their possibilities and choose their own next step.
The person is the starting point
Education needs care and attention. I want to understand the experiences people bring, what matters to them and which conditions help them learn. For me, this is the foundation of responsible educational practice.
Whether I work with children, parents, professionals or adult learners, I aim to explain clearly, listen carefully and make room for participation. People should feel that their questions and different starting points are taken seriously.
High-quality knowledge must be accessible
I want to share knowledge at a high level while remaining clear, honest and practical. Different educational pathways, languages and social backgrounds must be considered when making knowledge accessible.
A clear explanation should reveal connections while respecting their complexity. That is why I combine professional knowledge with examples, questions and opportunities to apply it. My benchmark is: can people actually use it?
Learning can be heard, felt and experienced
Music and movement are central to my work. Through singing, drumming, dancing and creating together, people can experience rhythm physically, respond to one another and contribute their own ideas.
I connect experience with understanding: we try things out, listen, reflect and develop them further. This applies to music education projects, Salsa Musicality, language teaching and professional development alike.
Diversity opens perspectives
My journey between Brazil and Germany and my work in several languages shape how I understand education and human connection. Different cultural experiences bring together questions, forms of expression and perspectives.
I want to include this diversity consciously in my work. That means clear communication, curiosity about other perspectives and a willingness to question my own assumptions. Music, movement and language can create practical spaces for these encounters.
Distinguishing experience, evidence and open questions
Personal experience is valuable. Scientific findings help us put it into context. Honest teaching means explaining what a statement is based on: experience, verifiable evidence or an assumption that remains open.
I do not want to promise effects I cannot substantiate. Goals must fit real needs and available resources. Feedback and new findings give me reasons to review and improve my methods.
AI informs. The human decides.
Artificial intelligence can help us access information, compare options, develop ideas and prepare workflows. For me, its value lies in whether it helps people understand a task better and approach it responsibly.
My position is clear: AI should support human judgment. Decisions about people, their development and their lives remain a human responsibility. Critical evaluation, professional interpretation and careful handling of data therefore belong in the way I teach AI.
Development does not always follow a straight line
My own path connects different activities, languages and experiences. This diversity shapes my work and reminds me that learning and development can take different routes.
With “Vida Não Linear”, I associate the idea of shaping our own path consciously: reflecting on experience, discovering new connections and developing realistic next steps. Guidance should open possibilities for action and strengthen our own decisions.
