We select a workflow together, develop suitable templates and review the results professionally. Your team then has an approach to try in its own daily work.
Applications include activity and weekly planning, music and movement ideas, outings and events; clear parent communications, multilingual drafts and language-learning activities; team meetings, checklists and organisational procedures; professional reflection, differentiation and participation; and documentation structures using fictional or sufficiently anonymised examples.

For teams starting together: agree the focus and participants, explore opportunities and limits, practise selected tasks and review practical templates.
02 · Workflow and implementation
For an institution with a specific task: assess needs, choose a suitable use case, develop templates and review steps, then adapt them following team feedback.
03 · Support and transfer
For teams and providers developing their practice: agreed follow-up sessions, reflection on experience and questions, improvements to templates and further training as needed.
Useful outcomes
Depending on the agreed scope, you receive tested working templates, an understandable process and practical next steps. We agree evaluation criteria together, such as clarity, revision effort and usefulness in daily work.
Educational responsibility stays with people
Exercises use fictional or sufficiently anonymised information. Decisions about children, diagnosis and professional assessment are not delegated to AI. Before workplace use, your institution must clarify its requirements and approve the tools.

No programming knowledge is needed for an introductory workshop. Content is adapted to the group. Fees depend on preparation, duration, group size, travel and support. Paid software is only planned after agreement. Adult education centres and public, church and independent providers are welcome to enquire.
